Five Star Story
Five Star Mechanical is a private, locally owned business established in December 2005 located in Wichita, Kansas. We felt like there was a need for an HVAC service company that understood the value of service. To our core, if it is an emergency to you, it is an emergency to us! We still stand on this theory as it has been the foundation that has established so many long-term relationships with our wonderful clients.
Through the years, we have positioned ourselves to increase our level of service by establishing a full-scale construction department that can handle any of your HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting and sheet-metal needs from large equipment replacements, to a small remodel, or even a new building from the ground up. In 2010, we partnered with Reliable Controls to give our customers a valuable option for a user-friendly Direct Digital Controls (DDC) building automation system which can be installed in a new system or replace an obsolete or aging building control system.

With the continued focus on customer service, virtually all growth in Five Star has been by word of mouth from one customer to another. Our business model is different than most, we build our business with the focus on relationships, not money. As Five Star Mechanical looks forward to continued growth and expansion of our customer base, we are forever grateful to our loyal long-term customers that have allowed us to work with them and are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to prove ourselves to new customers.
