HVAC Upgrade
Envision trusted Five Star to perform a multi-floor building upgrade that included removing the current HVAC system serving the floors getting remodeled and installing a Mitsubishi Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for those newly remodeled spaces. The building upgrade also included restroom remodels on those floors as well. The upgrade consisted of the following:
- 35 ton capacity Mitsubishi VRF equipment
- 2 Mitsubishi branch boxes
- 19 Mitsubishi zone units. A combination of ductless zone units and ducted fan terminals were used to meet the needs of the remodeled space.
- 1 Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) was added to provide the fresh air requirements per local building codes.
- Updated plumbing fixtures for a modern restroom function and appeal.
